St. George’s Primary School
The overall aim of our school is to develop each child as an individual; socially, emotionally, physically and academically by providing a happy, secure and stimulating environment, where each child feels valued.
We aim to help the children increase self-confidence and to build lively enquiring minds enabling each to reach his / her potential. The staff work hard to create a lively, stimulating atmosphere that motivates learning. Behaviour management is positive and consistent with an emphasis on children taking responsibility for their actions through developing a set of values based on respect for themselves and others.
St. George’s Primary School is a caring and inclusive school. We believe that the ‘home school’ partnership is an essential part of our commitment to success. We see teachers and parents as equal partners working together to enable all children to reach their potential.

St George’s in the community
A big thank you to the ICA in Easton for the delicious cakes that were delivered to school today (1.6.2020)! They’re greatly appreciated!
Well done to all the St George’s Children who helped make this bunting. It was used for the weekly ‘Keyworkers’ 8 pm applause’ and is now being displayed at Dorchester Community Hospital for all the patients and NHS staff to enjoy.
